ML1600PRO hot laminator is designed and manufactured to meet users’ requirements on high-quality processing fast speed. It is an advanced lamination for the following points:

Beautiful appearance: our heat laminator ML1600PRO color is bright, which can bring creative ideas needed in this field.

Max laminating width: its max lamination width can be up to 63 inch to 64 inch. . The machine is equipped with 5 aluminum alloy film release bars.  With mechanical tensioning strips, convenient clip for locking, it is easy to load and unload printings and films.

Keyboard: All parameters are shown clearly on the keyboard. It is easy to operate. Laminating is easy!

Larger space: The increased distance between the roller and the unfolding bar can support large material roll up to 200mm.

Roller: the laminating machine used anti-adhesion silicone rollers. The upper roller can be heated up to 120℃ with an inner heating tube. The rollers are mid-high designed which can ensure sufficient pressure when you dealing with small format printings. 

Anti-static device: the electrostatic screws below the switch can be earthed, to remove static collected by metal parts. 

Non-reversing silicon shaft: It can help the operator to flatten and stretch the film material when the film is applied, and prevent the graphic from backsliding when the graphic is changed.
