Things you should know before you place the order

Q1: What is the width of your laminating machine?

A1: Max laminating width is 1630mm(64inch).

Q2: How long is your lead time ?

A2: It depends on your order time and quantity. 

Generally, delivery time is about 7-10 workdays. Delivery time will be longer in peaking hours, like before and after Chinese Spring Festival. For customized order, normal delivery time will be 20-30 days. 

Q3: Is your laminator cold or hot ?

A3: We have both hot and cold laminators.  ML1600K is cold laminator with max heating  temperature of 60℃ (for some special film, 60℃ is enough for them to strenghten the viscidity to make it laminating better.). ML1600PRO is a high temperature laminating machine which can be heated up to 120℃.

Q4: Is there a gurantee of the laminator?

A4: Normally warranty time is 12 months for main body, spare parts not included. 

Q5: Which incoterm shall we use when we place order?

A5: Generally we do EXW/FOB/C&F/ CIF/DDU/DAP, according to clients' needs.

Q6: Are you manufacturer or dealer?

A6: Yes,  our factory manufactuer laminating machines, paper trimmers, and some tools such as mobile vinyl rack, material holder. Besides, we have sources of most items used in advertising field. You can purchase one-stop with us. 

Q7: What supports you could provide?

A7: Online support, User installation, Video guide, Site installation.

Q8: Do you need agents?

A8: We will have at least one agent in one area. At the  very beginning, there maybe several agents in one area. After we evaluated agents's capability including sales and customer-service, there will be only on exclusive agent in the end.
